Summer Solstice Ecstatic Dance - 21st June 2026

21.6.26 | 3-7pm

This Solstice dance will take place in a private green space, with a small twist... we’ll be dancing 'silent disco' style using wireless headphones. Still moving and connecting together, but we'll each be in our own wee world of rhythm.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga warm-up to arrive into the body, moving into an Ecstatic Dance under the open sky. As the evening settles, we'll transition into Yoga Nidra and a sound bath for deep rest and integration.

Afterwards, we’ll gather around the fire for some food, craic and connection. The food will be provided by Fadó Bagels - all diets provided for.

Solstice has always been a time of gathering and community - I'm really excited to come back to it with you! This evening is really all about moving, resting, sharing food and just being together and sharing space in the long light of summer
